Governance Skills Audits

Governors of Local Governing Boards are required to complete a skills audit to support our training programme and identify individual strengths and development areas.

Directors of the Trust Directors Board are also required to complete a skills audit to support our directors training priorities. As we usually have a maximum of 7 directors, this is issued annually with an excel form for completion and return and manually collated for the Directors Resources Committee and/or Full Directors Board in the Autumn Term.
